1. Agreement
By using ovaal.io, you agree to these Terms. These cover site usage. A commercial partnership with OVAAL is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

3. Permitted use
Read content, submit forms for legitimate business inquiries, subscribe to developer updates. You may not scrape, attack, or impersonate OVAAL.
4. Intellectual property
All content on ovaal.io is owned by OVAAL or licensed to us. Open-source code samples (marked as such) are licensed separately per their files.
5. Third-party references
References to third-party companies do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
6. Disclaimers
ovaal.io is provided "as is." Content is informational. Nothing here constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice. Consult your own counsel for regulatory decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OVAAL's aggregate liability arising from Site use is limited to €100. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. This does not limit liability where prohibited by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, non-excludable EU consumer protections, Estonian Law of Obligations Act).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn. EU consumers retain local consumer-protection rights.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes get communicated 30 days before the effective date.
