OVAAL is the infrastructure layer that sits between a customer's experience and the authorised providers, banks, and rails that execute regulated services. One modular layer runs accounts, money movement, settlement, reconciliation, and the policies that govern every transaction. Fintechs and platforms build on it under their own license. We stay technology, they keep the regulated relationship.

Why we exist

Financial products keep getting hard-wired to one provider, one wallet stack, one payment rail, or one compliance vendor. Building the layer that coordinates all of them in-house is a 12-to-18-month project plus a specialist team. We took the opposite bet: build the control plane once, ship it as embedded infrastructure, and let partners focus on their customers, their license, and their brand. Crypto and account-abstraction wallets are the first rail we proved on, not the whole story. The same control plane routes across banks, payment rails, and digital-asset rails, designed to support deployments by authorised firms in regulated EU (MiCA) and MENA (VARA, CBB) markets.

Our posture

  • Non-custodial by default. End-user funds stay end-user-side. Custody, where applicable, is provided by the partner or an authorised provider. OVAAL does not custody end-user funds.
  • Built for your license, not ours. You keep the regulated relationship. We're the technology layer.
  • Honest about trade-offs. Where competitors are stronger, we say so.
  • Transparent commercials. Ranges are published. No "contact us" for basic numbers.
